The five-year Synergistic Congregations Project seeks to create transformational experiences for pastors and members of congregations to work and serve together as sources of healing and hope in their local communities. The aim of this project is to enhance the vitality of Christian congregations by working alongside congregational leaders to find meaningful ways to bridge the gap between church-centered activities and the day-to-day realities of people in their local communities.

Through the Synergistic Congregations project, we aim to offer the opportunity to cultivate meaningful relationships between congregational leadership and the local communities they serve. As we navigate the changing times we live in, it is imperative that the pastors and leaders of congregations realize that they do not have to go at it alone.

All of this will be guided by scholars and practitioners who will offer space to consider each community’s unique needs, supported by research, ministry experience , and learning opportunities to develop participants. Including:
